From: Misty's Place
To: Trollers Cove USFS Cabin
Overview: Fly nort to Vallenar Point turn to port out over Clarence Strait, approach Trollers Cove and land at cabin. Approximately 20 miles
COURSE: Start at Misty's Place, runway or float plane dock. After liftoff, head for Vallenar Bay on a heading of 320.
COURSE: Over Vallenar Bay, turn to port to 243 for 10 miles across the Clarence Strait ... you are heading for Island Point.
COURSE: As you approach Indian Point, reduce altitude to 500 feet and begin to prepare for a water landing configuration.
COURSE: When Trollers Cove comes up at 9 o'clock to port, turn to port to a heading of 170.
NOTAM: Land just before and to the port side of the island there. Taxi carefully, there are some shoals.
COURSE: Taxi on to Trollers Cove Cabin that you will find on the port shore.
